Анкетата е отворена за гласуване до 30.06.2009 23:59:59 +0300
Всеки има право да избере 3-ма свои фаворити от общо 30-те участника, като реда им на поставяне има значение за точките, които ще получи всеки.
Победител е този, който събере най-много точки от гласове. Победителят е само един и се избира по пропорционалния алгоритъм Borda Count (Borda Count vs Instant Runoff)
Резултатите от анкетата ще бъдат видими след края на гласуването.

As usual HMSU will give the opportunity to the public to elect someone to play at the festival.
This year 30 participants sent their mixes for the contest.
You will select one of them to join the official festival line-up.

The rules of the contest are:

Everyone has the right to choose 3 out of all 30 participants, whereas the order in which they are selected determines the piont they will receive.
Winner is the one who receives more points from votes. The winner is calculated via the Borda Count algorithm (Borda Count vs Instant Runoff)
The results will be visible after the poll closes.
